Jacentahk Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering underprivileged communities through education and sustainable development initiatives. Founded in 2015, we work tirelessly to create opportunities for children and youth in rural areas across Africa.
Our Mission
We believe that unprivileged family with an educated child can create a transformed tomorrow hence building generations regardless of their background. Our mission is to bridge the education gap in underserved communities through school support, Mentorship, scholarship programs, and community empowerment initiatives.
Our Story
Jacentahk Foundation was founded by a group of Alumni from Makerere University as part of giving back to community after witnessing the challenges faced by school going children in Kabale. What began as a small initiative to provide mentorship and peer counseling to school supplies has grown into a movement impacting thousands of lives annually .
In 2024, we started our project of helping three children with school fees with a commitment of helping them finish their secondary education. As we work tirelessly to endeavor their smooth learning, we look forward to touching more souls.
